Sign Design Poster

This poster was designed to showcase the skill set of the graphic designers in the Ministry of Transportation and raise awareness of the work we accomplished. The poster was designed in Illustrator. Every individual highway sign was designed in Illustrator as well. 

Math Game Design

As a Game Designer creating an immersive game, experiences can be a challenge. Same main design points should be to try combine systems together - designing for the long-term' player experience and ensuring the title can be enjoyed by players for many years to come. Created to help children learn the basics of math with an RPG element. All illustration elements were hand drawn and then finalized in Adobe Photoshop.  

Multimedia UI App Design

This interface was designed for the GOFish APP, available for Android and Iphones. Created all elements in Adobe Creative suite. Logo created in Illustrator,  drawings created in Adobe Photoshop and layout in Indesign. Buttons are fully functional and linked to in-game options. 

Poster Award Template

This poster was created to show case a new prodcut at a trade show. All Icons were designed in Illustrator and layout completed in Adobe Creative Suite. A smaller version of this poster was designed into an award and was awarded members of the sales team. 

Winter Automotive Layout

While working at the newspaper, the local Canadian Tire branches requested to design a template that would that would encompass all of their presentations, newsletters, e-books, blogs, web-pages, display panels, and advertising layouts. These templates were published during the year advertising different products with helpful articles.  

Inflatables Layout

This ad was done very quickly in order to meet the printing deadline. Using stock art and images provided from the client this ad was created using InDesign. 

Fashion Magazine layout

Taking multiple images from the client and composing them into 1 image was the challenge for this ad. In collaboration with the vendor and sales rep. this ad was published in local fashion magazines.

Environmental Bookmarks

Here are some bookmarks (real kinds not web browser ones) designed for environment awareness week. It was printed on environment friendly card stock.

Wedding Poster

Working closely with International Sales Managers and the Creative Wedding Director this poster was designed to advertise the latest wedding show in the Niagara Region. Designed using Adobe CS. 

Motorcycle Design

This layout from a children's magazine was designed in Adobe Creative Suite.  The text was provided from the biker and the photo's were from his private collection. 

Caribbean Restaurant Layout

An ad designed to also act as a lunch menu placed in the restaurant as well as an advertisement in the local newspapers. Images were taken by a photographer and then placed in the template. Created in InDesign.

Automotive Magazine Layout

Published in various magazines throughout the region, this layout was prepared in Adobe Creative Suite for Chevrolet Car dealerships. The dealerships used my marketing and technical support materials to support their internal design systems when this car was released to the public. Will post more from this campaign soon!

Buffet in Niagara

Here's an ad created for a popular buffet restaurant located in Niagara Falls. In collaboration with the sales rep, this ad was designed within their corporate branding specifications. 

Fashion Outlet Ad

This one had to be designed very quickly. Using my ability to analyze information and think strategically and critically. This ad had to reflect an urban style of fashion. Designed with Adobe Creative Suite. 

City of St.Catharines Poster

This one was designed back in 2009. Co-ordinating with the Public Relations officer and the City of St.Catharines this poster was designed to give recognition to volunteers throughout the city.

Kids cooking classes ad

Here is a template ad created for the Superstore in the Niagara region. Blank spaces were added for text that had to be inserted by the production dept. once the information came in from the vendor. 

Disaster Relief Poster Series

One of many in a series of Environmental Posters. Utilizing a variety of instruction medium /resources; such as photography, photoshop and a combination of other design software, this poster was designed for Disaster Relief awareness. Each separate poster was individualized with specific instructions where necessary.

Giant Tiger Layout

While developing and maintaining a graphic standards and style guide to ensure consistent application of Giant Tiger's visual brand identity, this ad was designed to appear in newspapers and magazines. This template was custom designed so store can control the model images that appear in the ad. 

Roofing Ad

Working directly with the sales rep, we came up with this ad. Usually for this type of work there is always collaboration with  editors and occasionally with clients, to produce the most effective design from concept to completion. 

Scratch and Win Promo layout

What would you do with an extra $2,500. This Scratch and Win promotion was designed to boost sales and it did. Sales figures were up by 25%. Also designed the logo which was used in all the promos all over the country.
