Canadian Tire template ad series

Over 30 different templates were designed for the local Canadian Tires stores. Working with the regional rep we had to provide creative and development of advertising design, specific to the requirements of each branch. Each template was designed to oversee category production of all new merchandise. Here is one of the templates designed. More to follow soon.

CAA banner

A new spin to an automotive ad just by updating the existing graphic materials provided by the client. I had to create a new set of ads to fit in a banner format. Here is the first of many in this collection.

City of St.Catharines Environmental Banner

A header/template designed for the City of St.Catharines. Images and content provided by St.Catharines designed in Adobe Creative Suite.

Sci-Fi Header

A header for the now-defunct Scifi section from IGN. This header was designed for the writer's section. Scanned pencil art with Photoshop effects.

UFC ad

This ad appeared in the paper for Shoeless Joe's in Niagara. Ad was designed in Photoshop.

Green Planet Ad

An environmental template created to describe specs and prices for sales reps to hand out. Logo was designed in Adobe Illustrator, ad was designed in Adobe Creative Suite.

Hairdressing Ad

This ad appeared in the papers. Created in Photoshop using photos from their saloon. 

Wedding Template

This wedding banner/template is printed annually in the papers. The only thing that changes is the dates and the guests. Designed in Adobe Creative Suite.

Creature Collection

A collection of creatures designed for another online comic. All creatures were designed according to the author's description. Scanned pencil with digital inks and colours. 

Automotive Header

A header that appeared in the Auto Section in the paper. Using images from the dealer this image was created in Photoshop. Working with the vendor, different cars would be showcased depending on what the dealer wanted to sell.

Package Design Art

Here is the art for a custom action figure. The package art was designed using a combination of scanned line art and Adobe Creative Suite. Will post more images of the actual box and the action figure soon.

Zellers template

Designed this template a few years back. They still use this template in the papers. Blank areas were designed for the Production team to insert text and products. Designed in Adobe Creative Suite.

TF redesign pencil Sketch

Based on the authors description, here's a pencil sketch of a TF redesigned. The pose was used again in the comic.

WinterOlicious in Niagara

Here is a template design for WinterOlicious event in Niagara. This one appears in the papers every year with empty spaces for advertisers.

Weekly Fashion Guide

This feature ran every day for a month. The cover was designed in Photoshop using images taken by the paper photographer. The articles were mainly local retail stores showcasing their latest offerings.

The final line work for an online comic posted a few years ago. Inks done digitally, letters done in Indesign.

Fitness Clubs

This fitness header appeared weekly in the paper. Designed in Photoshop using a few photos taken from local fitness clubs.

Business Card

A header designed for a business card social exchange. This was used weekly for the papers. Designed in photoshop. 

Tornado Survival Cover

A cover for a guide designed to give citizens tips during a disaster. Will post interior pages soon. The cover was designed in Photoshop using images from First Responders library.

City of St.Catharines Volunteer Search

This ad was created to appear in the paper every day for a week. Using a combination of vector and photos this image was created in Adobe Creative Suite.

Style Guide Header

Here's a header designed for the Fashion Section on the paper. Using photography from the image library this was designed in Photoshop.

Dino Skull Pencil Sketch

Before starting a major Dinosaur Illustration job, I went to a local museum and drew a T-rex skull that was on display. Just some prep work before I started my main work.

Trance Mix CD

Another CD designed for a local DJ, back when Trance music was new. All vectors designed in Illustrator then imported into Photoshop.
